Demodia is seeking a marketing automation specialist to join our team of award-winning marketers and demand generation consultants. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for on-boarding new clients and helping them execute their integrated marketing programmes.

Our inbound growth consultants understand how to leverage marketing automation techniques and technologies to design and deliver compelling digital experiences that generate leads and sales. They run their own projects and have control over how they use technology. We’re looking for a talented individual, not just someone that ticks the boxes.
Key responsibilities include
- Ownership and management of individual clients
- Technical setup and operation of HubSpot and Salesforce marketing automation platforms, campaigns and programmes, including client platform on-boarding
- Teach clients and execute upon the core aspects of an inbound growth programme, including:
- sales and marketing alignment
- value proposition development
- blogging / content creation
- social media marketing
- website and landing page optimisation
- sales and marketing analytics
- sales enablement
- lead nurturing
- customer support and engagement
- Design, build and manage marketing calendars that support clients’ lead generation goals and awareness
- Help clients launch their inbound marketing programmes to drive traffic and leads
- Dig into complex business processes to help streamline sales and marketing strategy
- Use your creative mind to help customers achieve business success
- Train clients and help them to understand how to use and get the most from their marketing automation investment
- Design and configure automated nurture programmes that support clients’ lead generation goals
- Design and coding of HTML landing pages and emails
All candidates must
- Be fluent in German and English, both written and oral
- Have at least 3 years of experience working within an agency environment. You also have a solid knowledge of marketing automation technologies and techniques
- Have passion for digital marketing and not afraid to experiment or share new ideas with the team
- Hold one or more HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Be proficient with coding in HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Have a basic knowledge in one or more of the following areas: inbound marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, lead generation, branding, marketing analytics.
- Have an outstanding client manner with proven ability to communicate effectively via phone, chat and email
- Be organised, with the ability to multitask and operate alone
- Have a valid Swiss passport or work permit

- Be client focussed and used to managing client relationships
- Are typically an early adopter of software and have developed your own or someone else's website
- Have the ability to manage expectations and advice on proper inbound marketing best practices
- Be a good writer and content creator with a keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset
